Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026. Placeholder copy — to be replaced with final legal text.

1. Definitions

In these terms, 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Opal Print & Production. 'You' and 'your' refer to the client placing an order. 'Services' means any print, production, design or related services we provide.

2. Quotations and orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted on the basis of these terms and any written quotation. Changes to specification after order confirmation may affect price and lead times.

3. Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for ensuring artwork supplied to us is accurate, complete and free from third-party rights infringements. Where proofs are provided, we proceed to production on receipt of written approval.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing. Risk passes on delivery; title passes once payment is received in full.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Liability

Our liability for any single claim is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to production. Costs already incurred (including materials, design time and bought-in items) will be invoiced.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
